1. DFM Analysis & Product Structure Optimization
Product & Mold Design — Where Excellence Begins .A great product starts with a great design.
Before mould design starts, our engineering team carries out detailed DFM analysis and mold‑flow simulation for your plastic products. We evaluate wall thickness, draft angle, gate position, shrinkage rate and two‑color material matching compatibility specially for 2K injection mold and two‑color parts. We optimize unreasonable product structure in advance to avoid common defects like warpage, bubbles, delamination and poor bonding during mass production, greatly reducing later mould modification costs.
2. Custom Mould Design
We design tailor‑made plastic injection mold and two color injection mold according to your 3D drawings, sample requirements, injection machine parameters and annual output. Our design scope includes rotary‑type 2‑color mould, rotating plate two‑shot mould, insert overmold mould, multi‑cavity single‑color injection mould. The design drawing includes cooling system, exhaust system, runner system, rotary positioning and locking structure, which guarantees stable running performance of 2K mould in long‑term continuous production.
3. Precision Mould Manufacturing
We adopt imported high‑quality mould steel, strictly follow design specifications for CNC milling, EDM, wire‑cutting, surface polishing and mould fitting processing. All mould components are precisely machined and inspected dimension‑by‑dimension. We strictly control machining tolerance and surface finish, to ensure mould hardness, wear resistance and long service life for high‑volume production.
4. Mold Trial & Sample Confirmation
After mould assembly is finished, we perform multiple mold trials. We test injection pressure, injection speed, cooling time and rotary precision of two color injection mold. We adjust mould structure, gate and cooling system repeatedly until qualified samples are obtained. We provide test samples, dimension inspection report and mould operation notes before delivery.
5. Overseas Technical Support
We provide remote online guidance for mould installation, parameter setting and machine debugging after mould arrives at your factory. For complicated 2K injection mold, we offer detailed operation instruction files to help your workers quickly master mould running skills and reduce early‑stage reject rate.
6. After‑sales Mould Maintenance & Repair Service
We supply long‑term after‑sales service including mould maintenance, polishing, burr removal, spare‑parts replacement, mould modification and structure upgrading. If you need to adjust product appearance or size, we can modify the plastic injection mold and two‑color mould structure according to your revised drawings.
