FOCARE MOULD was established in 2012, located in HuangYan, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China--the heart of what is widely known as" China's Mould Capital ."
Most Mould Factories mainly produce conventional single-color plastic injection molds with homogeneous competition. However, we chose not to be a general-purpose mold factory that " can do everything." Instead, we took a narrower, deeper path- specializing in two shot molds, multi-component molds, and high-precision injection molds. Because we believe: true expertise comes from focus.

Precision Machining Capabilities:
FOCARE maintains a complete CNC machining system, including US, Taiwanese (China), and domestic CNC lathes, along with EDM machines, precision surface grinders, turret milling machines, and a full range of precision processing equipment. Every steel material undergoes strict process treatment to ensure high dimensional accuracy and consistency.
Professional Mold Testing Systems:
A mold is only truly qualified after it has been verified through actual injection molding. FOCARE is equipped with four injection molding machines of different tonnages and types, including a 550T three-color rotary-table injection machine, a 350T high-speed two-material injection machine, a 280T two-color rotary-table injection machine, and a 250T single-color injection machine. This allows us to complete mold testing and debugging in the shortest possible time, while also providing clients with a real production simulation environment — especially for those unfamiliar with two-color production processes, we can deliver everything from trial runs to production guidance, all within our facility.
Quality Starts with the Details:
From mold steel to hot runners, from cylinders to seals, FOCARE maintains high standards for every single component — critical parts use imported or high-durability accessories. Even a small seal ring is selected from high-temperature-resistant, acid-and-alkali-resistant premium materials.
